The story will be about a man in his mid thirties named Satoru Satoshi who works as a heart surgeon (but truly loves music). Satoru reincarnated shortly after a tragic and devastating failed heart surgery on one of his patients. The cause of his death? Grief, not his own, but the grief of the patient's stalker who found out about the death and killed satoru blaming him for their idols death.
Satoru states that if he were given the chance, he would live his next life how he wants, doing everything he wanted to do but couldn’t in this life and more. With no other expectations or regrets, he loses consciousness and when he wakes up again, he sees a beautiful scenery, Grass, lots and lots of grass and a sky so gorgeous that it could only be something straight out of a video game.
